Ciccio

'Ciccio' is from Polcenigo, a small villiage in the Friuli region of northern Italy. He began cooking professionally at the age of fourteen in the kitchen of the prestigous el Toula ristorante located in the elite ski resort of Cortina D'ampezzo. For 12 years he remained in the kitchens of the many fine dining restaurants within the el Toula group around in Italy. After which Ciccio travelled throughout the world working in restaurants in London, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and now the Bahamas.
